Applying for a school place

If you are planning to relocate to the area, please feel free to contact the school office for information regarding place availability and waiting list information for in-year admissions. 

The Hampshire Admissions Team manage the main round Year 3 admissions until 31 August each year prior to the September start date.

Outside the main round application, an ‘In-year Application’ will need to be made.  This can be made via the following link:  Hampshire Schools - In-year application.  Parents or guardians who wish to complete a paper application form may either collect a copy from the school office or download a copy below.  Once completed, the form may be returned either by email to adminoffice@crookham-jun.hants.sch.uk or handed in directly to the school office. The school will then forward your application to Hampshire Admissions.

For applications to Year 3–Year 6, we will write to you with the outcome within 10 school days, and no later than 15 school days from the date of submission.

If we are unable to offer a place, your child's name will be added to our waiting list. You will be advised of your right to appeal against this decision in our response.  Appeals will be managed by the Hampshire Admissions Team; they will send the appropriate form and guidance notes on request.  You can find more information on making an appeal here.
